IN KEINEM FALL ÜBERSTEIGT LEANCARTS GESAMTHAFTUNG IHNEN GEGENÜBER FÜR ALLE SCHÄDEN DEN BETRAG, DEN SIE AN LEANCART IN DEN ZWÖLF (12) MONATEN VOR DER GELTENDMACHUNG GEZAHLT HABEN.
10. Schadloshaltung
Sie stimmen zu, Lean Cart und seine Führungskräfte, Direktoren, Mitarbeiter und Vertreter von allen Ansprüchen, Verbindlichkeiten, Schäden und Kosten freizustellen, zu verteidigen und schadlos zu halten, die sich aus Ihrer Nutzung des Services, der Verletzung dieser Bedingungen oder der Verletzung von Rechten Dritter ergeben.
11. Kündigung
