9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEANCART SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LEANCART'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO LEANCART IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lean Cart and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
11.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period. You may request a data export before termination.
